词条 | Musqué |
释义 |
The most well-known musqué grape is Gewürztraminer, which is a musqué mutation of a red-skinned Traminer, which is also known as Savagnin rose in France.[2] Since the musqué Gewürztraminer has largely replaced non-musqué Traminer, it is generally considered a grape variety in its own right rather than a clone of Traminer or Savagnin. The issue of whether the musqué mutations, with their distinct aromatic properties should be classified as varieties in their own right, and be allowed to be used for varietal wine labelling has created bureaucratic problems for some winemakers.[3] References1. ^1 {{cite encyclopedia |editor=Jancis Robinson | encyclopedia=Oxford Companion to Wine |edition= Third |title=Musqué |year=2006 |publisher=Oxford University Press |location=Oxford |isbn=0-19-860990-6 |pages=466}} {{italic title}}{{DEFAULTSORT:Musque}}2. ^{{cite encyclopedia |editor=Jancis Robinson | encyclopedia=Oxford Companion to Wine |edition= Third |title=Gewürztraminer |year=2006 |publisher=Oxford University Press |location=Oxford |isbn=0-19-860990-6 |pages=313}} 3. ^Wineloverspage.com 30 Second Wine Advisor: Aromatic Musque, accessed April 9, 2008 2 : Wine terminology|French words and phrases |
