Nisar Ahmad ({{lang-ur|نثار احمد کھوڑو}}) is a Sindhi politician who is the former Speaker of the Provincial Assembly of Sindh.[1] He was the Sindh Senior Minister for Education and Literacy, a post he assumed in May 2013. Nisar Ahmad Khuhro was born on 22 September 1950 in Larkana, Sindh, Pakistan. He got his primary education from Pilot Secondary School in [Larkana]. He passed the Intermediate from DJ collage, Karachi Board. He done his graduation from Karachi University.
