The Notre Dame Journal of Law, Ethics & Public Policy is a law review published by Notre Dame Law School, founded by Douglas Kmiec. It focuses on modern legal/political problems from a moral/ethical framework. The journal publishes one symposium to a topic and presents an accompanying symposium. The journal publishes two issues each spring, containing both scholarly articles and reflective essays, as well as student-written "Notes".
