The Notre Dame Journal of Law, Ethics & Public Policy is a law review published by Notre Dame Law School, founded by Douglas Kmiec. It focuses on modern legal/political problems from a moral/ethical framework. The journal publishes one symposium to a topic and presents an accompanying symposium.
