The album contains tracks from throughout their career, with their hits from their albums Four Minute Mile and Something to Write Home About, along with some songs from their other releases. It was the band's final release until their 2008 reunion, and will now be preceded by the upcoming Simple Science EP. The album was recorded live at the Granada Theater in Lawrence, Kansas on January 7, 2005 at the bands' "tenth anniversary show". It was originally supposed to be accompanied by a DVD of the show, but it was canceled.[6] Track listing{{tracklist| collapsed = | headline = | title1 = Coming Clean | length1 = 2:12 | title2 = The One You Want | length2 = 3:06 | title3 = Holiday | length3 = 3:23 | title4 = Action & Action | length4 = 3:44 | title5 = Stay Gone | length5 = 2:52 | title6 = Woodson | length6 = 5:03 | title7 = Martyr Me | length7 = 3:12 | title8 = I'm a Loner Dottie, a Rebel | length8 = 3:12 | title9 = Mass Pike | length9 = 3:25 | title10 = Campfire Kansas | length10 = 3:19 | title11 = Red Letter Day | length11 = 3:30 | title12 = Sick In Her Skin | length12 = 4:33 | title13 = No Love | length13 = 3:39 | title14 = Shorty | length14 = 3:58 | title15 = Ten Minutes | length15 = 3:30 | title16 = I'll Catch You | length16 = 3:46 | title17 = Don't Hate Me | length17 = 3:25 | title18 = Is There A Way Out? | length18 = 6:52 }} PersonnelBand
