Founded in November, 1999 by Dr. Alok Sharma, the company focused on a Cable Modem Termination System (CMTS) product named the Kodiak G10, as well as a Cable Modem reference design, made available under license. Investors included Raza Foundries, Bowman Capital, Vulcan Ventures, Cox Communications, Pilot House, YAS Capital Partners, Juniper Networks, and Scientific-Atlanta.
