DistributionThe type locality of Pebasiconcha immanis is the Miocene Pebas Formation in the Colombian and Peruvian Amazonia.[2] DescriptionThe height of the shell is more than 25 cm (more than 250 mm).[2] They were the largest known species of land snail.[3] References1. ^1 Wesselingh F.
