The Martyrology also states that Philetus was a senator, that Lydia was his wife, Macedo and Theoprepius their sons, Amphilochius a captain, and Cronidas a notary. Their Acta are considered unreliable.[2] References1. ^Our Sunday Visitor's Encyclopedia of Saints p502 Matthew Bunson, Stephen Bunson - 1998 "Phanurius (date unknown) + Martyr, called a warrior- saint.
