Posești is a commune in Prahova County, Romania. It is composed of ten villages: Bodești, Merdeala, Nucșoara de Jos, Nucșoara de Sus, Poseștii-Pământeni (the commune centre), Poseștii-Ungureni, Târlești, Valea Plopului, Valea Screzii and Valea Stupinii.
