}}Procariama is an extinct monotypic genus of giant flightless predatory birds, reaching about {{convert|70|cm|ft}} in height and {{convert|10|kg|lb}} in body mass,[1] in the family Phorusrhacidae or "terror birds" which lived in Argentina.[2] Fossils have been found in the Cerro Azul and Andalhuala Formations.[3] References {{Portal|Argentina|Birds|Neogene|Paleontology}}1. ^Alvarenga & Höfling, 2003, p.59
