Pyotr Petrovich Shilovsky ({{lang-ru|Пётр Петрович Шиловский}}) (1871 – June 3, 1957 in Herefordshire) was a Russian count, jurist, statesman, and governor of Kostroma in 1910-1912 and of Olonets Governorate in 1912-1913. He is best known as the inventor of the gyrocar, which he demonstrated for the first time in London in 1914. In 1922 Shilovsky emigrated to the United Kingdom. References - The Schilovski Gyrocar
