Přílepy ({{IPA-cs|ˈpr̝̊iːlɛpɪ}}) is a village and municipality (obec) in Kroměříž District in the Zlín Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of {{convert|3.17|km2|sqmi}}, and has a population of 876 (as at 28 August 2006).

Přílepy lies approximately {{convert|17|km|mi|0}} east of Kroměříž, {{convert|11|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} north of Zlín, and {{convert|246|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} east of Prague.
