It features the singles "Release Me" and "He's Not a Boy". The songs "Don't Make a Sound" is featured in the closing credits of the 2010 film The Next Three Days and "Walk of Shame" in the 2011 television film Mean Girls 2. Release Me has a 60s girl group inspired sound, described by one critic as "the Shangri-las as if they were backed (by) The Kinks".[3]Track listing{{tracklist| extra_column = Producer(s) | title1 = Wishing He Was Dead | writer1 = Z Berg, Alex Greenwald, Thomas Brenneck, Nick Movshon, Homer Steinweiss | extra1 = Mark Ronson, Alex Greenwald | length1 = 2:53 | title2 = He's Not a Boy | writer2 = Z Berg | extra2 = Mark Ronson, Alex Greenwald | length2 = 2:35 | title3 = Release Me | writer3 = Z Berg | extra3 = Mark Ronson, Alex Greenwald | length3 = 3:03 | title4 = Walk of Shame | writer4 = Z Berg | extra4 = Mark Ronson, Alex Greenwald | length4 = 2:15 | title5 = Narcissus in a Red Dress | writer5 = Z Berg, Alex Greenwald | extra5 = Mark Ronson, Alex Greenwald | length5 = 3:43 | title6 = I Can See it in Your Eyes | writer6 = Z Berg | extra6 = Mark Ronson, Alex Greenwald | length6 = 2:44 | title7 = Fair Game | writer7 = Z Berg | extra7 = Mark Ronson, Alex Greenwald | length7 = 2:28 | title8 = Square One | writer8 = Z Berg, Alex Greenwald, James Valentine, Jason Boesel, Michael Runion | extra8 = Thomas Brenneck, Homer Steinweiss | length8 = 2:08 | title9 = In the End | writer9 = Z Berg | extra9 = Thomas Brenneck, Homer Steinweiss | length9 = 2:58 | title10 = Trouble in Paradise | writer10 = Z Berg, Alex Greenwald, Mark Ronson, Thomas Brenneck | extra10 = Mark Ronson, Alex Greenwald | length10 = 3:04 | title11 = Catch Me If You Can | writer11 = Z Berg | extra11 = Mark Ronson, Alex Greenwald | length11 = 3:11 | title12 = Don't Make a Sound | writer12 = Z Berg, Alex Greenwald | extra12 = Thomas Brenneck, Homer Steinweiss | length12 = 3:18 }} "Don't Make a Sound" is followed by a hidden track, "Why When Love is Gone", a song originally written by Ivory Joe Hunter.
