The Ricardo Franco Command, the Ricardo Franco Front or the Commando Ricardo Franco was a Colombian guerrilla group led by José Fedor Rey a.k.a. Javier Delgado and Hernando Pizarro Leongómez which split from the FARC in the 1980s. Their base of operations was concentrated in southern Cauca in Colombia{{Citation needed|date=August 2010}}. It was the most violent guerrilla group in the country known for its massacres of the civilian population and by bloody battles with the FARC.
