Lake Alma No. 8 is a rural municipality in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan. It is located in southeastern Saskatchewan and is within SARM Division No. 2 and Census Division No. 2. Its population was 240 as of the 2006 Census. The southern boundary of the RM is the United States border with Sheridan County, Montana, and Divide County, North Dakota.
