Rutgers SPAA offers bachelor's, Master of Public Administration (MPA), and Ph.D. degrees as well as graduate and non-credit certificates focused on particular issues of public and nonprofit sector management and policy implementation. The school conducts research in areas relating to public management and leadership; nonprofit management; public budgeting and financial management; health policy management; and urban policy.
