SaBRE (Supporting Britain's Reservists and Employers) is a government sponsored organisation established in 2002. It was set up "with the belief that if an employer understands the role of Reservists and is aware of the skills they develop their support for their Reserve Forces employees will be that much greater".[1] It is a section of the Ministry of Defence.[2]References1. ^{{Cite web|url=http://www.sabre.mod.uk/Employers/How-SaBRE-can-support-you.aspx|title=How SaBRE can support you|work=SaBRE|accessdate=2009-11-14}} 2. ^{{Cite web|url=http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/programmes/working_lunch/2654227.stm|title=Calling on your reserves|date=13 January 2003|work=BBC News: Working Lunch|accessdate=19 November 2009}}
