The album was released on compact disc format on February 13, 2007 by Notenuf Records.[1] It was also released on vinyl in 2008 by Ruined Potential Records with additional remixes by Ulrich Schnauss and Asobi Seksu. RecordingBen Daniels of A Sunny Day in Glasgow has stated that the recording of Scribble Mural Comic Journal was the first time the band had ever attempted to record a body of work.
