He played at representative level for Ireland, and at club level for Blackbrook A.R.L.F.C., St. Helens (Heritage № 1034), Dublin Blues (loan), Whitehaven (loan) and Swinton Lions, as a {{rlp|wg|ce|hk|sr}} or {{rlp|lf}},[2] and coached at St. Helens (Assistant Academy Coach Under-21s {{circa|2003}}).
