It appeared on the album Gettin' High on Your Own Supply,[2] and has been described as the group's breakout single.[3] Composition and recordingThe song was inspired by Status Quo's "Caroline".[4] The lead vocal was performed by Ian Hoxley, formerly of Gaye Bykers on Acid.[4] Trevor Gray, Howard Gray, Ian Hoxley and Noko are credited as composers of the song.[5] ReleaseThe single was released on 16 August 1999[4] through Stealth Sonic and distributed by Sony Music.[5] It was included on the soundtracks to FIFA 2000, Cars Mater-National Championship, Gone in 60 Seconds, Boys and Girls, Bedazzled and the Australian independent film Cut (2000).[5] The Mint Royale mix version of the song was featured in the video game A-Spec.{{Citation needed|date=February 2012}} It was also used in the trailer for Disaster Movie and in Victoria's Secret Fashion Show 2007.
