The Suffering is a Big Finish Productions audiobook based on the long-running British science fiction television series Doctor Who.

The Companion Chronicles "talking books" are each narrated by one of the Doctor's companions and feature a second, guest-star voice along with music and sound effects.

Plot

In 1912, Vicki becomes embroiled in the Suffragette Movement and the Doctor and Steven investigate the Piltdown Man.

Notes

This is the first Companion Chronicles story to span two CDs, rather than just one. This continues as a trend in every subsequent January Companion Chronicle release.
