The racial makeup of the town was 97.5% White and 2.5% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 5.7% of the population. There were 51 households of which 19.6% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 45.1% were married couples living together, 9.8% had a female householder with no husband present, 5.9% had a male householder with no wife present, and 39.2% were non-families. 27.5% of all households were made up of individuals and 9.8% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.39 and the average family size was 2.71. The median age in the town was 47.5 years. 17.2% of residents were under the age of 18; 11.5% were between the ages of 18 and 24; 18.9% were from 25 to 44; 32.1% were from 45 to 64; and 20.5% were 65 years of age or older. The population density was 983.8 people per square mile (378.4/km²). There were 59 housing units at an average density of 394.9 per square mile (151.9/km²). The racial makeup of the town was 99.32% White, and 0.68% from two or more races. There were 52 households out of which 28.8% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 65.4% were married couples living together, 7.7% had a female householder with no husband present, and 21.2% were non-families. 17.3% of all households were made up of individuals and 9.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.83 and the average family size was 3.17. In the town, the population was spread out with 28.6% under the age of 18, 8.2% from 18 to 24, 25.9% from 25 to 44, 25.2% from 45 to 64, and 12.2% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 37 years. For every 100 females, there were 86.1 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 87.5 males. The median income for a household in the town was $52,000, and the median income for a family was $53,750. Males had a median income of $33,036 versus $21,250 for females. The per capita income for the town was $18,195. None of the population and none of the families were below the poverty line.
