Mount Thuillier is the highest point in the Nicobar Islands, located in the Indian Ocean and bordering on the Andaman Sea. The mount is located on the island of Great Nicobar, measuring 642 m above mean sea level. Its geology features intrusive igneous rock formations, such as gabbro, combined with metamorphic minerals such as serpentine. The hill is thought to have arisen due to tectonic activity in the region. References
