Originally serialized in Japan in Nakayoshi, the individual chapters were collected and published in nine tankōbon volumes by Kodansha between January 2000 and October 2003. The series focus on friends Ami Uzuki and Noa Kurosawa, who compete with each other over the same potential boyfriends, usually scaring them away. Until they meet friends Tomohiro Nakatsu and Tamon Okazaki, and fall in love with a separate boys. However, after Ami discovers that the boys are running their own scheme against them, Ami schemes to get revenge while trying to protect Noa.

The series is licensed for English language release in North America by Tokyopop, with the first volume released on January 10, 2006 and the final volume released on January 8, 2008. The manga is licensed in French as Urukyu. by Soleil.

Characters

Ami and Noa have a tendency to like the same guy which make them compete and end up single up until now. For the first time, Ami likes a different guy from Noa. She fall in love with Tamon, while Noa fall for his best friend Tomohiro. Unfortunately, both of them are playboy. However. Ami never gives up to capture Tamon's heart. She ends up to date and become Tamon's real girlfriend while there are many obstacle along the way to test their relationship.
  • {{nihongo|Noa Kurosawa|黒沢 のあ|Kurosawa Noa}} Ami's best friend and rival in love until Tamon and Tomohiro arrived in their life. She is a smart girl with a sexy body compare to Ami. She fall in love with Tomohiro. They date briefly before they break up because Tomohiro was cheating on her, However, at the end, she is together with Tomohiro again.
  • {{nihongo|Tamon Okazaki|岡崎 多聞|Okazaki Tamon}} The main object of affection of Ami. He is more playful than Tomohiro and very good looking. He has a past which make him vows to not to fall in love again.
  • {{nihongo|Tomohiro "Hiro" Nakatsu|トモヒロ||}} Tamon's best friend. A smart and good looking guy. Like Tamon, he has an experience where he was disappointed and cheated by a girl which make him become a playboy too.
  • {{nihongo|Mika Tsukishima|月島 ミカ|Tsukishima Mika}} Tamon and Tomohiro's ex-girlfriend. She was the first person Tamon ever like to the point that he took her away from Tomohiro, his best friend. However, She ends up cheating on him. She comes back into Tamon's life and has tried to get back together with him.
