She was best known for her role as Beulah Balbricker in the 1982 cult film Porky's and its sequels, as well as Ida in Motel Hell (1980). Parsons made guest appearances in several TV shows, including Remington Steele, Baretta, Charlie's Angels, The Rockford Files, Lou Grant, Family Ties, and The Next Generation. Personal lifeParsons was born in Lake Minnetonka, Minnesota, to Mary and Charles Parsons. She had two sisters, Mary and Theresa.
