She was best known for her role as Beulah Balbricker in the 1982 cult film Porky's and its sequels, as well as Ida in Motel Hell (1980). Parsons made guest appearances in several TV shows, including Remington Steele, Baretta, Charlie's Angels, The Rockford Files, Lou Grant, Family Ties, and The Next Generation. Personal lifeParsons was born in Lake Minnetonka, Minnesota, to Mary and Charles Parsons. She had two sisters, Mary and Theresa. When she was seventeen, her father remarried, to Genevieve Stack, and relocated with his second wife and daughters to South Pasadena, California.{{Citation needed|date=November 2015}} DeathNancy Parsons died January 5, 2001, in La Crosse, Wisconsin, aged 58, from diabetes and congestive heart failure.
