The school was upgraded to Higher Secondary status in June 1996. Currently the school has a strength of about 700 students. ManagementThe Administrative responsibility of the school rests with the board members elected by the Virudhunagar Hindu Nadar Uravinmurai at Madurai. The Secretary leads the administrative efforts and is assisted by a team of office bearers, consisting of the President, Vice-president, Joint Secretary and Treasurer. AcademicThe principal is in charge of the school academics. The school engages with parents on a continual basis. Parents teachers meetings are held once a term. Fraternal meetings are conducted twice a year with management, teachers and parents.
