As of 2010 it is not accredited by the Council on Higher Education Accreditation.^[1] It is not recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. It was founded in 1986.^[2] It was previously located in New Mexico. In 2016 it claimed total revenues of just under 72,000 USD.^[3]
