Richard Anderson, also known as Rich Thomas (1983-1985) Lauren Nobles, Hosted the local talk show Straight Talk (1996-2012)[3] Scott Ryfun, Current host of local talk show Straight Talk (2012–present)[4] On May 15, 2014, Qantum Communications announced that it would sell its 29 stations, including WGIG, to Clear Channel Communications for WALK AM-FM in Patchogue, New York as part of the sale of the WALK stations to Connoisseur Media.[5] The transaction was consummated on September 9, 2014.
