A wineskin is an ancient container made of animal skin, usually a goat, used to transport liquids such as water, olive oil, milk, wine, butter or even cheese. HistoryIts first mentions with wine comes from Ancient Greece, where, in the parties called bacchanalia , dedicated to the god Bacchus by the vintage of this drink, was offered the sacrifice of the goat , with which it would be made the wineskin that would conserve the wine.[1] New Wine into Old Wineskins is a parable of Jesus.
