World Council of Arameans (Syriacs) ,[1] ({{lang-syr|ܚܘܝܕܐ ܣܘܪܝܝܐ ܬܒܝܠܝܐ|Ḥuyādā Suryāyā Tbelāyā}}) earlier known as Syriac Universal Alliance, was founded in 1983 in New Jersey, United States. It is an Aramean (also known as Syriac) umbrella organization for Arameans and for all Aramean organizations "throughout the world".[1] The High Council of the WCA - President:: Johny Messo (Netherlands)
