The design is one of the tallest in the world at {{Convert|240|m|ft|0|abbr=on}}, and will generate power by utilizing 12 turbines, each with a generating capacity of {{nowrap|850 MW}}, totalling the generating capacity to {{nowrap|10,200 MW}}.
