This song is widely considered to be a hip hop classic and has been paid homage by various rappers who have quoted the lyrics to this song in their own music, including Snoop Dogg and LL Cool J, among others. Music videoThe official music video was directed by Adam Bernstein, who would also direct the video for "So Wat Cha Sayin'" a year later.[1] References1. ^{{cite web |last1=Ducker |first1=Eric |title=On the Job Training: Part Two - Adam Bernstein |url=http://www.waxpoetics.com/blog/features/articles/on-the-job-training-2/ |website=waxpoetics.com |publisher=Wax Poetics |accessdate=2018-08-21}}
