After meeting Jill Kelly at a local signing, she was given the phone number for Jim South. Her first scene was with Dillon Day in North Pole 13. In the same year, she did a gangbang scene for Devil's Film studio's Gangland #12 in 2000.[2][3] Denise appeared on The Howard Stern Show, on 15 August 2002.[7] In 2006, she made her directorial debut with the film Nikita's Extreme Idols, in which she also starred, returning to porn after a year off.[4] On 24 July 2006 Denise appeared on Inside the Porn Actor's Studio hosted by Richard Christy, a parody version of Inside the Actor's Studio.[5] Denise has appeared in over 400 movies,[6] and has won several adult industry awards, including the AVN Female Performer of the Year Award in 2002.
