There were 25 households of which 28.0% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 68.0% were married couples living together, 4.0% had a female householder with no husband present, 4.0% had a male householder with no wife present, and 24.0% were non-families. 24.0% of all households were made up of individuals and 12% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.48 and the average family size was 2.95. The median age in the city was 47.5 years. 25.8% of residents were under the age of 18; 3.3% were between the ages of 18 and 24; 19.3% were from 25 to 44; 27.5% were from 45 to 64; and 24.2% were 65 years of age or older. There were 31 households out of which 29.0% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 58.1% were married couples living together, 3.2% had a female householder with no husband present, and 32.3% were non-families. 32.3% of all households were made up of individuals and 22.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.26 and the average family size was 2.86. In the city, the population was spread out with 25.7% under the age of 18, 4.3% from 18 to 24, 24.3% from 25 to 44, 14.3% from 45 to 64, and 31.4% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 43 years. For every 100 females, there were 100.0 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 108.0 males. The median income for a household in the city was $28,500, and the median income for a family was $30,833. Males had a median income of $31,250 versus $16,875 for females.
