The 2010 Southeast Missouri State Redhawks football team represented Southeast Missouri State University in the Ohio Valley Conference (OVC) for the 2010 NCAA Division I FCS football season. The Redhawks played their home games at Houck Stadium in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. With fifth-year head coach Tony Samuel, the Redhawks finished the season 9–3 (7–1 in conference play) and in first place in the OVC.
