The 2012 Bray Wanderers F.C. season is the club's 28th season competing in the League of Ireland and the team's first season under the management of Keith Long as Pat Devlin took up the director of football role at the club. It's the team's eighth consecutive season in the Premier Division. Long left his role in September and Devlin retook the manager's role.
