The 2012 Oldham Council election took place on 3 May 2012 to elect members of Oldham Metropolitan Borough Council in the North West, England.[1] This was on the same day as other United Kingdom local elections, 2012.

Labour retained control of the Council.

After the election, the composition of the council was
