The winning team will represent South America in the 2014 Summer Youth Olympic Football Tournament.[4] Teams
VenuesSanta Cruz and Tarija are the main venues of the tournament. Montero was announced as an extra venue days before the start of the tournament.[4]
RefereesOn October 23, 2013 a referee and an assistant referee from each country where chosen for the tournament.[5] {{col-begin}}{{col-2}}
