The season featured 13 teams from across England and Scotland, including new entrants, Bristol Flyers and Leeds Force. The season started on 26 September 2014 and ended on 10 May 2015 with the Play-off Final at The O2 Arena. As they did in 2005–06 and 2011–12, Newcastle Eagles completed a clean sweep of honours available during the season.[1] After a 31–5 regular season campaign – which ensured the Championship and top seeding for the play-offs[2] – the Eagles then defeated Bristol Flyers and Sheffield Sharks to make the final, which they then won 96–84 over London Lions. The Eagles also won the BBL Cup in January against Glasgow Rocks,[3] and the BBL Trophy in March against Leicester Riders.[4] Teams{{location map+ |United Kingdom |float=right |width=250 |caption=Locations of the 2014–15 BBL teams |places={{location map~ |United Kingdom |lat=51.517 |long=-2.548 |label=Flyers|position=right}}{{location map~ |United Kingdom |lat=53.196 |long=-2.890 |label=Phoenix|position=left}}{{location map~ |United Kingdom |lat=54.62 |long=-1.58 |label=Wildcats|position=left}}{{location map~ |United Kingdom |lat=55.868494 |long=-4.294044 |label=Rocks|position=bottom}}{{location map~ |United Kingdom |lat=53.8229 |long=-1.5916 |label=Force|position=right}}{{location map~ |United Kingdom |lat=52.62973 |long=-1.13897 |label=Riders|position=right}}{{location map~ |United Kingdom |lat=51.419083 |long=-0.068806 |label=Lions|position=right}}{{location map~ |United Kingdom |lat=53.466667 |long=-2.233333 |label=Giants|position=left}}{{location map~ |United Kingdom |lat=54.963889 |long=-1.623333 |label=Eagles|position=right}}{{location map~ |United Kingdom |lat=50.368889 |long=-4.15 |label=Raiders|position=right}}{{location map~ |United Kingdom |lat=53.398333 |long=-1.424444 |label=Sharks|position=right}}{{location map~ |United Kingdom |lat=51.24844 |long=-0.56288 |label=United|position=bottom}}{{location map~ |United Kingdom |lat=52.19123 |long=-2.222231 |label=Wolves|position=left}}}}
