It formed part of the ICC World Cricket League and a qualification pathway for the ICC World Cup 2019. The tournament was held in Namibia from 17 to 24 January 2015.[1] The Netherlands won the tournament, beating hosts Namibia by 8 wickets in the final.[2] TeamsThe teams that took part in the tournament were decided according to the results of the 2014 World Cup Qualifier and the 2014 ICC World Cricket League Division Three.
