He attended the Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University and attained Bachelor of Science & Bachelor of Laws degrees.[2] Political careerMishra has been a MP for one term. He represented the Kheri constituency and is a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party political party. In September 2014, he was appointed as a Member of Standing Committee on Rural Development.
