Dr.Mumtaz Ahmed Khan is the founder of the society.[4] The college is offering Post Graduate and Under Graduate courses in field of Information Science. Master of Computer Application (MCA) and Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) are the courses offered by the college. The courses are approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE)[5] and Government of Karnataka.
