{{For|the Olympic athlete|Alden Sanborn}}Alden Sprague Sanborn (October 21, 1820 – November 19, 1885) was Mayor of Madison, Wisconsin from 1867 to 1868.^[1] Later, he served as a judge.^[2] Sanborn served as district attorney for Brown and Outagamie Counties. He also served in the Wisconsin State Assembly.^[3]
