Alexander Biega, {{Post-nominals|country=CAN|QC}} was a Canadian lawyer and author. He was the President of the Ukrainian Canadian Centennial Commission – Quebec,[1] and author of The Ukrainian Experience in Quebec (Toronto, Basilian Press, 1994).
