On 28 October 2013, she peaked at No. 142 in the doubles rankings. Playing for Belarus at the Fed Cup, Sasnovich has a win–loss record of 20–13.{{refn|{{Fed Cup player}}}} This record includes a 4–0 run in the first two rounds of the 2017 Fed Cup World Group, which propelled Belarus to upset victories against Netherlands and Switzerland and helped them reach their first Fed Cup final.
