Currently the alliance includes three members in the Canton 10: Bosansko Grahovo, Glamoč and Drvar, and one in the Una-Sana Canton: Bosanski Petrovac.{{Citation needed|date=March 2016}} The first meeting was held in Grahovo on March 2013, and the plan is for the sessions to be held each month in a different municipality.{{Citation needed|date=March 2016}} Member MunicipalitiesMembers:
