She represented Singapore and was crowned winner at the Miss ASEAN 2013 pageant held in Chiang Rai, Thailand. Early lifeBorn in Singapore, Amanda Leong graduated with distinction from National Junior College in 2010 where she was a student of the four-year Integrated Programme and a member of the school choir. Amanda is currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Social Science at Singapore Management University. She majors in Psychology and Corporate Communication and is due to graduate in 2015.[9] She speaks fluent English and Mandarin Chinese. HostingFor the third year in a row, Amanda is the lead presenter of the Singapore Turf Club production, Whazzup, and presents on the recent activities of the club. The TV programme airs every fortnightly on selected cable television sports channels. BlogAmanda also blogs about beauty, lifestyle, and travel on her personal blog.[10] She writes mostly about beauty and occasionally advertises for cosmetics and fragrances.
