}} Arnaldo Rosin (born 1932) is an Italian artist, illustrator and composer living in Milan. Rosin's style is often described as 'transcendent art',[1] combining elements of surrealism and postmodernism with frequent visual references to Italian Renaissance art.[2] Rosin was born in the town of Cittadella near Padua but his family moved to Umbria when he was very young. In his youth he drew comic strips for money,[3] but in 1967, began to devote his time completely to painting and illustration. He has been featured at art exhibitions in Milan and other cities since the 1970s.[4] In addition to paintings, he has also illustrated books of folklore.[5] References1. ^Chester, Harold "Rosin"{{dead link|date=July 2012}} {{DEFAULTSORT:Rosin, Arnaldo}}{{Italy-artist-stub}}2. ^"Strega in trono" http://www.ponteonline.com/lotto.asp?tornata=&pag=13&ID=241&Lotto=489 3. ^Lambiek.net 4. ^Galleria d'Arte Il Pilastro "Arnaldo Rosin" 5. ^Rosin, Arnaldo [https://books.google.com/books/about/Pac%C3%AC_Paciana_ed_altre_leggende_bergamas.html?id=M0BWGwAACAAJ "Paci Paciana ed altre leggende bergamasche"] 3 : 1932 births|Living people|Italian artists |
