The Bajaur Scouts are a paramilitary unit of Pakistan's Frontier Corps, recruited locally in Bajaur Agency and officered by regular Pakistan Army officers.[1] The Scouts were previously the Bajaur Levies, and served in the Bajaur, Swat, and Dir tribal areas.[2]

The unit came into formation in April 1961, drawn from several units of the Khyber Rifles and Chitral Scouts.

A Bajaur Scout Company is led by a Pakistan Army Captain, with a Promoted Lieutenant as Second-in-Command and a Pathan Subedar as the Company Sergeant-Major.
