Bayernkurier is a German monthly political and news magazine.[1] The magazine is based in Munich and has been published since 1950. History and profileBayernkurier was first published on 3 June 1950.[2] Franz Josef Strauß was the founding editor-in-chief of the magazine.[2] It is associated with the Christian Social Union in Bavaria.[3][4] The magazine is published by a company with the same name[2] and has a right-wing political stance.[4] The headquarters is in Munich.[3] The circulation of Bayernkurier was 79,000 copies in 2005 and fell to 60,800 copies in 2010.[5] References1. ^{{cite book|author=Wayne C.
