In order to go to the central line people have to take the Vasai-Diva train. After getting off at Diva, people have to change the trains. The Bhiwandi station lies on the Vasai-Diva corridor, between the Western line and Central line. An EMU service runs from Diwa to Vasai. Recently computerised reservation service was installed at this station, before which people had to go to Kalyan to get tickets. There is a necessity for a suburban rail line for Bhiwandi.
